Upon receipt of the invoice, you are required to make payment within 7 days of the invoice date. Failure to do so will result in an additional 20% charge being added to the total invoice amount.
2. Credit Term and Cash Payments:
If you are unable to make payment within the 7-day credit term, we will no longer extend credit terms for future transactions. In such cases, you must make cash payments in advance before we can confirm any bookings or provide our services.
3. Cancellation of Future Bookings:
Thai Smiles Trip reserves the right to cancel any future bookings or services if timely payments are not made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
4. Acceptance of Payment Terms and Conditions:
By engaging in business with Thai Smiles Trip, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these payment terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in additional charges, cancellation of bookings, or refusal of service.
